A Friendly Reminder:

Rent is due on the 1st of each month and can be dropped of 24 hours a day via the mail slot at 2555 E Perrin # 106, Fresno CA 93720.

If you pay your rent after the 5th you must include $100.00 for the late charge, (per your lease).

We will post a 3 day notice to pay or quit if rent is not received by the 1st business day following the 5th.

If your property requires irrigation; you are responsible for maintaining proper watering times, EVEN IF YOU HAVE YARD SERVICE INCLUDED with your property. If you have questions about adjusting the watering times & durations please contact your gardener directly or call the office at 323-4300. DO NOT let your landscaping die as YOU WILL be held responsible for replacement and/or repair costs.
